How to Create Sub Plot Site Plan

Steps​

  1. Navigate to Create Entities => Search for Sub Plot Site Plan.
  2. Choose either Polyline or Rectangle to create an entity.
  3. Entities drawn must be closed polylines in __BN_SubPlotSitePlan layer

Check Points​

  1. When drawing the Sub Plot Site Plan using the polyline, ensure that the polyline is closed.
  2. Entities like Accessory, Organized Open Space, Compound Wall etc that are around a proposed work should be drawn inside Sub Plot Site Plan.

Drawing Conventions​

  • Sub Plot Site Plan polylines should be drawn within the __BN_BuildingPlan of a proposed work in Layout With Housing projects.
  • Various entities within the Individual Sub Plot, such as Tot Lots, Green Strips, and Accessories, can be included within the Sub Plot Site Plan.
  • Sub Plot Site Plan should have direction reference circles corresponding to the mapped __BN_ProposedWork of the __BN_BuildingPlan.
